Terms and Conditions for Scholarships offered by Australis College

This document outlines the Terms and Conditions for all scholarships offered by Australis College.

  1. Successful students will be required to sign and an individual scholarship acceptance.
  2. You must read these Terms and Conditions in their entirety before you sign your scholarship acceptance. When you accept your scholarship offer, you are agreeing to and accepting these Terms and Conditions and any other requirements and conditions of your scholarship listed on the Australis College website, outlined in your offer letter or subsequent scholarship acceptance.
  3. If you do not complete the acceptance as instructed, your scholarship may be withdrawn, and/or reallocated.
  4. Scholarship winners cannot defer the course and must enrol in the course within 60 days of being announced as the scholarship winner. Scholarship winners will be contacted via phone or email, and announcements may take place through digital and print media.
  5. Scholarship winners give Australis College and their business partners permission to use their image and testimonials (if applicable) in various digital and traditional media.
  6. Scholarship winners are bound by Australis College course requirements, terms and conditions.
  7. Successful scholarship winners will not receive payment. Australis College will provide the scholarship course at no cost to the scholarship winner. The scholarship is not redeemable for cash.
  8. Scholarship holders will not receive any payments, in-kind products or services or other inducements.
  9. Costs outside of the course cost are incurred but the scholarship winner.
  10. The Australis College scholarship is not transferable in anyway.
  11. The Scholarship winner must maintain their residency status and advise Student Support Services within fourteen days if you change your residency status.
  12. Scholarship applicants must be an Australian citizen or have permission to study in Australian for the duration of their course.
  13. Scholarship students must adhere to the Australis College Student Handbook.
  14. Scholarship students are expected to maintain fairness, equity and diversity values in their student life.
  15. The Scholarship cannot be deferred, only where a medical condition and supporting documentation is provided to support the claim.
  16. Scholarships may be withdrawn at any stage if you provide incorrect, false or misleading information or withhold relevant information. This includes circumstances where the false information is unrelated to the assessment in awarding the scholarship.
