Lea Green - Head of the Business and Management FacultyLea Green, Head of Faculty for Business and Management and Financial Services at Australis College, has over 15 years’ experience in training for retail banking where she provided induction and ongoing training for domestic and international staff, one on one coaching and quality assurance for large organisations.

Lea is highly skilled in the areas of course development and implementation, curriculum writing, workshop facilitation and people management with a strong focus on building relationships with her students, ensuring they receive a quality learning experience with the College.

With a Diploma of Mortgage Lending under her belt, Lea’s passion for Business and Finance offers our students a knowledgeable and client-focused approach to learning combined with her vast experience within the industry.
