Having a qualification in community services work opens doors into the wide and fulfilling world of working with people in local, national and global communities. Community workers can be found in the private and government sectors, as well as not-for-profit organisations. Workers are categorised by the area within which they work. You can be employed in many different areas including disability services, mental health, child & family services and community housing just to name a few.
