Meet our Head of Faculty for the Community Services & Counselling Courses.

Wendy Webber - Head of the Community Service and Counselling FacultyWendy has over 20 years’ experience working in the Education sector both in TAFE and also private training organisations.  She is highly skilled in the areas of course development, curriculum writing and training which includes all aspects of adult education, e-learning, workshop facilitation, distance learning and instructional design.  Her background and focus is the Community Services, Counselling and Health sector.  She is passionate about the ongoing commitment to learning and staff development.

She has completed a Post Graduate in Learning and Development, Bachelor of Applied Science, Leisure & Health, Diploma of Counselling, Diploma of Business and Management, Diploma of Hypnotherapy and Certificate IV TAE. She has also authored two books in the field of Community Services and Health.

Wendy’s infectious passion for the Counselling & Community Services Courses, combined with her vast experience in the training sector offers our students an immersed and knowledgeable learning experience at Australis College.
