In this Case Management course, you will learn skills designed to improve your ability to support either clients or other community support workers.

You will therefore further develop your case management abilities whether by assessing a client’s diverse needs, supporting their access to services or simply advocating for them.

The CHCSS00073 Case Management Skill Set will, therefore, provide you with the training needed to provide better support.

You will also learn how to work in a range of positions in the community service industry while specialising in the specific areas of Case Management. This will give you the skills and also the confidence to pursue a career that will enrich the lives of others.

This is an interactive and supportive course, and also includes extensive trainer support from industry experts to help you achieve your goals.
