Develop the skills and access the tools required to successfully manage large-scale projects, people and resources across all industries by completing the Diploma of Project Management.
Recent changes to the Business Services training package will see the BSB51415 Diploma of Project Management superseded by BSB50820 Diploma of Project Management.
Students are advised that this current version of the course will expire on 17th April 2022.

If not fully completed by the expiry date, students will be able to transition to the new qualification, although additional assessments may be required.
The College will inform current students on final assessment submission dates and when the new qualification is available to transfer. Contact our course consultants on 1300 887 991 for further information.

There are 12 subjects in the BSB51415 Diploma of Project Management.
Each subject is aligned to PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge) which is a worldwide standard for the management of projects. This ensures you gain practical insight into how projects are managed irrespective of the discipline – be it an IT, construction, business or some other project.
There are no exams.
You test your learning by completing quiz questions and open book self-paced assessment activities throughout each subject. All subjects include a free re-submission if you are not successful on your first attempt.
If you already have the skills and knowledge required to attain any (or all) of these subjects, you might like to enrol as ‘Assessment Only’. This Recognition of Prior Learning approach means you don’t have to study those subjects again, just do the assessments. For more details please speak with the Course Consultants.
You need access to an internet-connected computer for the duration of the course.
There are no minimum education requirements however we recommend you have language, literacy and numeracy skills sufficient to allow you to interpret documents, prepare written reports and prepare budget spreadsheets.

Reasons to study BSB51415 Diploma of Project Management with Australis College include:
We authored the content, using industry-proven practitioners who have worked on a huge range of projects around the planet (and indeed off-planet, with our very own Steve Parsons working on projects used in the Mir space station!)
Always check out the course content (and learning platform) BEFORE you enrol. Is it current, contextualised and engaging, or generic off the shelf content? Content quality will make or break your learning experience.
We have included three project management specific electives, plus the business unit ‘Manage Personal Work Priorities’ (which we recommend you complete first to set yourself up for study success).
Check the electives of other providers BEFORE you enrol. Are they generic place fillers, or will they maximise your Project Management learnings and employability on graduation?
Our Diploma has been reviewed and approved as providing credit for the University of Southern Queensland’s Bachelor of Business and Commerce, and Griffith University’s Bachelor of Business.
Check the other provider’s articulation agreements. Have they had their Diploma of Project Management reviewed and approved by a University?
But wait….there’s more!
Your time and your career are too important to risk with the wrong training provider. For more details on choosing a training provider, please also take a look at Why Australis?
